Here at Woodies I aim to create an authentic American Diner experience.

My kitchen team and I achieve this by sourcing fresh ingredients from Brighton and the surrounding local areas.

These are then amalgamated with the American diner theme. We are constantly reviewing products from here and the states with the aim of keeping the food at Woodies as fresh and authentic as we possibly can.

Woodies is the only Authentic 50’s style Diner, I aim to keep the atmosphere as authentic as possible, I have high standards which I expect from my team.

These standards include front of house service and a consistent quality in all areas.
